Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We use Royal Mail Second Class Delivery for all our orders.

Please note there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Christmas Posting Dates

Royal Mail recommends allowing plenty of time for posting.  Please post items and gifts for Christmas early. Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe.

During the festive period, the latest recommended posting date is Saturday 18th December as per the Royal Mail Website: https://www.royalmail.com/christmas/last-posting-dates#lastpostingdates

Any orders processed after this date do not have a guarantee of arriving before Christmas Day.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mumsandtea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
